  • Facilitated first public domain TeamSTEPPS course for Agency for Healthcare.  Research and Quality (AHRQ). November 2006
    Introduced TeamSTEPPS to the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) – March 2007

  • Facilitated first TeamSTEPPS course in Turkey – May 2008
  • Partnered with Booz Allen Hamilton to deliver TeamSTEPPS training and support across the DOD Military Health System (MHS) – September 2008 – present
  • Began Patient Safety staff augmentation support for DOD Office of the Chief Medical Office – October 2009
  • Launched first TeamSTEPPS training in Japan – November 2009
  • Assisted Health Research and Educational Trust(HRET) /American Hospital Association (AHA) with TeamSTEPPS training and implementation through State Hospital Associations – July 2010
  • Launched TeamSTEPPS PLUS- July 2010
