Principal and Managing Partner

Wayne has been a medical team trainer since 2007 and is experienced in assessment and coaching. He has served as a patient safety consultant to over 20 healthcare organizations. He has served as a facilitator and project manager for the DoD Patient Safety Program since 2006. Wayne has over twenty-four years of insurance, risk management, and loss prevention experience in the healthcare and hospitality industries. He is an author and co-author of healthcare risk management and patient safety articles. Subsequently, he is a member of numerous industry associations including the American Society of Safety Engineers, the American Society of Healthcare Risk Managers, American College of Healthcare Executives and currently Treasurer of Georgia Society for Healthcare Risk Management. Wayne earned a BS in Insurance and Risk Management from Georgia State University. Wayne’s hobbies include basketball, formula one racing and playing golf.
