Deborah has expertise built on thirty years of experience in a variety of positions in healthcare including roles as Chief Operating Officer/Patient Safety Officer and Assistant Administrator of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She began her career as a Critical Care Nurse, and was quickly promoted into management. Additionally, she has served as a Nurse Manager of Intensive Care and Progressive Care, Physician Practice Administrator and Project Manager of Ambulatory Surgery. Deborah earned a BSN degree from the University of Florida School of Nursing as well as obtained an MBA from the University of Miami School of Business, specializing in Health Care Administration. Her passions include travel, Pilates, reading, outdoor activities, and community service.
